Good afternoon, I've been speaking with some brokers & lenders out in Phoenix. I have been investing since 2020.  Live in NJ and invested in Indianapolis.  Looking to pivot to multi-family and looking in the Phoenix market.  Would love to connect with multi-family investors/operators .
