Landlord Insurance in Los Angeles

Any recommendations on landlord insurance in Los Angeles for a single family residence? 

I've been having a tough time getting a quote from firms like Mercury, Bamboo, and Geico -- perhaps because it is a larger home (4100 sq ft) in a fire prone area. Although we do have CA Fair Plan fire insurance on it.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
