STR in Colombia
My brother is moving to Colombia and mentioned the idea of investing into vacation rentals there. He says there is a lot of tourism and airbnb is super popular. It sounds like there is a lot of new construction at good USD pricing. Does anyone have experience in this market? I also want to know if a USA citizen is eligible for a mortgage from a Colombian bank. Any inside, tips and resources is greatly appreciated.
