Hello BiggerPockets Community,

My name is Grannt Epstein, and together with my business partner, Ryan Jarl, we’re diving into the exciting world of real estate. Our passion for this industry came to light during a late-night bonfire conversation that stretched until 3 AM, where we realized our shared dream of becoming our own bosses in real estate.

We've taken our first steps by forming our LLC, "Anchor and Oak Real Estate," based in the Cincinnati/Grand Rapids area. We're currently working with friends looking to purchase their first home, which has been a great learning experience. While we've studied books, read articles, and networked with industry professionals, we're eager to tap into the wealth of knowledge here on BiggerPockets.

We’re particularly interested in advice on navigating the Cincinnati market, tips for first-time homebuyer deals, and strategies for growing a new real estate business. Any insights or local connections would be greatly appreciated!
