Rabbu or AirDna or both?

Has anyone been using Rabbu? How has it been working out ?

I'm going to follow this post because I'd like to hear the feedback on Rabbu. AirDNA doesn't have the best accuracy, but to me, it is excellent for getting a general idea of a market. In some markets, the numbers are inflated on AirDNA, and in others, the numbers seem to be lower than what you can actually get. Pricelabs has been a little more accurate, in my opinion, because they're pulling live data from PMPs and the OTAs. The issue I have seen with AirDNA is that it cannot capture live data and struggles to distinguish between a booked night and a blocked night.

I use AirDNA then enemy method, however my market has a lot of data readily digestible there.  I can see other markets being trickier.  I do not see a reason to not consult all, but I have seen wildly different projections for the same house across multiple platforms, which could lead to analysis paralysis.

All of these services are hit or miss. It would be hard for me to reasonably rely on something that’s probably no more accurate than my magic 8-ball.  🎱
