Prospective Tenant Asking about Renting as an LLC or Co.
I had a prospective tenant (actually it appears to be her employer) who asked about renting an apartment in the company name. Still no info on the company, but has anybody ever been in this situation? Should I consider this? Obviously the business owner wants to deduct this rent, which I don't think will affect me at all. Any feedback is appreciated!

I would consider it. I would make both the tenant and the company owner sign personally in addition to the company. I would have them be "Jointly and Severally Liable"
