Looking to Join or Form a Realistic STR Mastermind Group (Without the Hype)
Hello everyone,
I recently met with a well-known STR “guru” team that pitched me on joining their mastermind — but the price tag was steep, and honestly, it felt a bit excessive for what was being offered. I’m not looking for fluff or high-pressure sales. I’m looking for real connections with like-minded investors who are serious about building long-term wealth through short-term rentals.
My goals:
- Replace W-2 income in the next 5–7 years
- Focus on ownership and smart scaling
- Build a portfolio of well-run, profitable STRs
Ideally, the group would:
Meet consistently (weekly or biweekly)
Share strategies, tools, wins/losses, and hold each other accountable
Be made up of investors actively working on or scaling STRs
Be transparent, value-driven, and focused on real results
I’m open to paid or peer-led groups if the value is truly there, but I’m more interested in joining something authentic and collaborative than a branded coaching package.
