Insurance Options for STR House Hack

I'm currently house hacking the basement of our single family home in the Nashville are as an STR. I recently heard AirCover isn't a reliable policy so I'd love to supplement/replace it with some other STR insurance product/company.

Which ones would you recommend?

Side note: I have a separate homeowner's insurance policy with Progressive
