Off Market Value add multifamily deals.

Hi, my name is Adam I'm 18 and I've been wholesaling real estate for about 6 months now and have had a lot of success and currently have 3 VA cold callers. In my free time I've been underwriting commercial multifamily properties and don't really know if I'm under writing them correctly or not so if anyone has any deals they have done or case studies, they can send me so I can run numbers and see if I'm close or not that would be amazing. Also, I'm very interested in doing my first commercial value add deal and would love it if you guys have any advice, I really want to get into commercial real estate investing as soon as I possibly can.
