Purchase price: $102,500
Cash invested: $28,000

I bought this property with a partner it was a package deal I got two properties for a total of 205,000 each being 102,500

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I saw it as a great opportunity to put little down as possible but still cash flowing between 600-650 per property

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this property on Zillow after we had the inspection we talked the price down by 7,000

What was the outcome?

The property is great but we do have an issue with one tenant always being late on rent
