Attorney Specializing in HOAs in Chicagoland

Hello community,

We are currently having issues with our HOA. They are overcharging us and seem to be looking for the smallest excuse to impose extra fees, making our lives difficult. They have not sent us any notifications or provided any proof for the claims they make.

We have tried multiple times to contact them and request information, but have received no response. They even changed the management company without informing us of the change of address or providing any updates.
