My business partner and I are looking to connect with some successful STR hosts in Cape Coral, FL. We're about 1.5 years into our investment and it's not performing very well. Want to connect with someone who's done it well, to see if there's anything we are doing wrong, or if we should just convert to a long term renter. Look forward to connecting!
