Buying Outside of USA
Hello - does anyone have experience buying properties in Latin America? As a 22 year old with limited capital it seems this could be a feasible way to get started in real esate - albeit it will come with more risk.

Many countries in Central and South America have systems of deed ownership that differ significantly from countries like the U.S. and U.K. Title insurance doesn’t exist in some of these countries, and in some where it does it’s so full of exceptions it’s virtually worthless.
