AI App Idea for Realtors

Hi everyone,

I’m building a simple AI tool designed specifically for real estate agents to save time writing listing descriptions, social media posts, and client follow-up messages.

Here’s what it does so far:

- Instantly creates engaging, professional listing descriptions (MLS style, luxury, or casual tone)
- Generates Instagram/Facebook captions for listings
- Writes follow-up texts or emails after showings/open houses
- Makes printable flyers or email invites for open houses (coming soon)

I’m looking to get honest feedback from agents:
 - Would you use a tool like this?
 - What features would you actually want?   

- Would you pay $15–$30/month to save time on writing and marketing tasks?

I’m not trying to sell anything yet — just validating if this solves a real pain point for busy agents.
