Hi, from miami, Fl and part time Chicago, IL

Hi, my name is Ervin , I've always been interested in RE. My only real experience in RE was doing cold calling for a mortgage broker when the market was hot before the melt down. I'm currently living in Miami, Fl and open to work with a investor to learn the ropes. I'm interested in wholesaling/ flipping and over time build a portfolio of income producing properties. I also have a good network in Chicago and interested in both markets .

I little about my self I own my own entertainment company in south beach. We do marketing and promotions for nightclubs and private events. It's good money and returns are great but it's seasonal.
