Seeking Advice on Foreclosures & Tax Deed Properties

I'm just getting started in real estate investing, and due to limited capital, I'm focusing on foreclosures and tax deed properties that need some rehab. I'm interested in connecting with others who invest in these types of properties. I'd really appreciate any advice on how you got started, how you find off-market deals and any additional additional tips you are willing to share.
