Curious to hear what others are seeing in the private lending space lately. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed rates and terms shifting quite a bit depending on market and deal type.

• What kind of loan structures are you seeing most often right now?
• Are lenders tightening up, or still staying flexible with LTVs and experience requirements?

Great topic, Andy, We’re definitely seeing some shifts in private lending this year mainly more flexible structures on short-term and DSCR loans, but with slightly tighter LTVs in some markets. A lot of private lenders are now customizing based on borrower experience and exit strategy, rather than using one-size-fits-all terms.

We’ve also noticed more investors blending private + institutional capital to make deals pencil out better. Curious to see what others are noticing too.
