Looking for realtor in Jacksonville

Hi all, 

I am looking for recommendations for a good realtor in Jacksonville. My interest is buy & hold SFH long term rental. Probably interested in Jacksonville Heights properties around 200k. If you can recommend anytime you've worked with, that would be great, thanks very much!
