In search of a Mentor
Hey guys, I'm looking for a mentorship program to take my real estate investing to the next level. I would like it to be someone that is one on one that is actively investing, and not just working for someone that invests. I'm not really interested in wholesaling or subto . Mainly buy and hold, multifamily, and building. Has anyone had any good experience with someone that they would recommend? Preferably something under 10k.

Generally speaking, I'd avoid mentorship programs. The poeple I know who are killing it in real estate dont' need to charge anyone for mentorship, but they happily mentor (and partner) with newbies who are respectful, reasonable and driven. Those people WANT to give back and lift people up.
Get out to every meet up you can. Be humble and honest with people doing cool stuff in your market. Offer to help them and follow through, show up, do the work without expectations and you'll be shocked at what opportunities land in your lap.
