Beginner Real Estate Investor
I’m looking to invest in small multi-family in GA. I’m currently searching for a lender that offers a new construction loan product to first time investors. I own land free and clear and I’m looking to build my first duplex. Any advice for a rookie will be helpful and appreciated thank you.
