Overseas Investor Italy and Texas
Hello, I am an army civilian, I work and live overseas. I bought my first rental property a year ago, it's rented to a military community. I'm ready for my next investment, but I have no down payment. Lol
Im still thinking about if I want to go for another one here in Italy, or in my hometown, San Antonio Texas.
im here to learn and find ideas to fund, I have a low paying job, but thankfully I also have a low cost of living.

Willing to be corrected, but I don't think you can use your VA loan for a strictly rental property. It's my understanding that you have to actually live there for at least a year.
