Gas vs Electric Stove in Rental
Im renovating my duplex and not sure if should go with a gas stove or electric stove for a rental property. Im considering cost (i cant split out utilities) and safety. Any advice is appreciated

What do you have right now? I wouldn't put in the money to convert from one to the other. You won't get a good enough ROI. Stick with what you have.
