Looking to partner with wholesale mentor

Looking to partner with a wholesaler from anywhere (but preferably Tampa where i'm located), who is actively closing deals every month. I'm not looking to buy a course, im looking for someone to actually walk me through the process step by step like a real coach, i only need everything shown to me once. Im ready to start yesterday, and I am dedicating full time hours to this! I am on a mission! All in!

I already have a good overall undersranding of how wholesaling works, and the basic outline for how to find buyers, and deals, and meet the minds for a closing. But as you probably know, Google doesn't exactly provide a detailed step by step with all the necessary procedures, contracts, scripts and strategies for you to actually get started properly, this is probably what gives wholesaling a bad name is the newbies thinking they can just start closing deals after watching some youtube videos, then they go out and make big mistakes and waste their own, and other people's time and leave behind a trail of upset sellers😫. And as far as buying courses, it's really hard to know which one you can trust with a high upfront entry that most regular folk can't afford anyway.

You would Oversee, and get a split of all my deals. So you get to increase your income just by showing me how you do what you're already doing! 

Looking to make this a 1 year joint venture. Once im caught up to speed doing what you do, id also like to partner with you on building a team To wholesale deals for us in high volume, freeing us up to build teams for fix/flip, BRRR, Land/New construct, An entire empire!
