My name is Alton Warren, and my wife Felicia and I are based in Fort Worth, Texas. We’ve been married for 23 years and are beginning our journey together as rookie real estate investors. We haven’t closed our first deal yet, but we’re eager to learn, grow, and take action as we build our business.

We own Warren Realty Investment Group LLC, where our focus is on finding off-market, distressed, and value-add properties throughout Dallas–Fort Worth and expanding into San Antonio.

We also operate Warren Liquidation Auction & Resale LLC (W.L.A.R.), an online auction company that handles estate, business, and commercial liquidations which often helps us spot unique real estate and asset opportunities.

Our current goals include:

* Learning and gaining experience in wholesaling, fix-and-flip, and buy-and-hold investing

* Building relationships with investors, lenders, and contractors

* Closing our first deal and using it as a foundation for future growth
