Hello,

I work several jobs in Florida and also own a rental property here. I also own a RV Campground and Marina in Michigan. I am looking for a CPA to help me with tax strategy and would like someone who specializes in real estate and is multi state licensed.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Location doesn’t really matter — expertise does. What’s more important is finding someone who understands your type of investments and has experience with Michigan tax rules. That kind of experience will make a much bigger difference than where the CPA is based.
