A good friend who has relocated suggested the following zip codes: 15212  15214  15233.

I am also actively looking for next investment, so happy to continue the conversation

Generally don't want to go based off zip codes in Pittsburgh. For example 15212 includes multiple different neighborhoods ranging from C class 100k homes all the way up to A class 800k homes in the same zip. So want to go based off the neighborhood level. Even within the same neighborhood you have nice sections and not as nice sections. So will have a lot of variability when it comes to desirability and rents/home prices depending where you are at specifically.
