Commercial Warehouse - 5000 SF- Cost- Development cost

I wanted to get general guidance on commercial warehouse development (Standard metal steel building) around 5000 SF (Divided by 1000 SF each). How much do they generally cost for building excluding land cost. Anybody who has done such warehouses. Trying to get a ball park figure. Location Houston TX
