New to Real estate investing

Posted

Hey everyone, my name is Ricardo.

I’m new to real estate investing and I’m looking for a mentor who can guide me as I take my first steps into building and investing in single-family homes. My long-term goal is to create profitable projects—either rentals or flips—and eventually scale into multiple properties.

I’m highly motivated, willing to learn, and ready to put in the work. I’m looking for someone with experience who can point me in the right direction, help me avoid costly mistakes, and possibly collaborate on future deals once I gain more knowledge and confidence.

If you have experience building or investing in residential real estate and are open to mentoring someone who’s serious about achieving long-term success, I’d really appreciate connecting.

Thank you, and I’m excited to learn from this community

Hey @Ricardo Cervantes

Getting this education and guidance will definitely make a difference for you as you get started. Have you already picked a market that you are looking to get started in? If you're interested in Memphis, my broker and team lead host a podcast where they give a ton of advice on how to invest and scale the right way.

Best of luck!
