32 Unit apartment Wholesale Deal

Good afternoon, I I've been working on a 32 unit multifamily wholesale deal for the past month. I need assistance getting it across the finish line. An offer is being written up and I have an agreement with the bank, once I provide POF. Any advice would be be greatly appreciated. This is my 1st wholesale deal.
