Hey everyone, Im a beginner investor. I did a few fix nd flips and live and flip. I am looking to grow and connect with other investors. My goal is to hold as many rentals (single/multi) as possible, own some land, fix and flips etc., Looking for that cashflow. I am willing to JV on deals etc. Let's connect! :) I am in Colorado, interested in Colorado and Texas.
