Central Kentucky SF & SMF long term rentals

Hello I'm in central Kentucky and interested in building a portfolio of long term single family and small multi-family rentals. If the right flip opportunity comes up i might also be interested,  but I'm mostly interested in building wealth through rental income and equity.   My goal is to achieve financial freedom in ten years with this strategy.  Working on landing my first deal in early 2026.
