What are the questions for interviewing a transaction coordinator remotly?

Hi, I’m a remote wholesaler and just went under contract on my first remote deal. I’m now looking for a reliable transaction coordinator but I’m not sure what criteria to use to select one. Do you have any experience working with a transaction coordinator in St Joseph, MO, and could you recommend someone or share what I should look for?
