Interested taking over a rehab for a BRRR

I hope you all are doing well. I have a 23-unit complex that in a rehab now at KS, that I would like to sell. It is two buildings. The main building building has all new electricals and it's going to have separate meters. All new plumbing and accessories are being done. I would like to sell.
