Introduction of 20 year property manager to the site

I am introducing myself to the community. I have been a property manager for 20 years. I have managed single family rentals, multifamily properties, mixed use properties, and industrial/retail/office park.  As well I managed a mobile home park.  I have also invested in real estate with residential rentals, and mixed-use properties.  Typically my experience as an investor has been in the fix and flip market.
