22 Year Old Starting My Real Estate Journey

Hey everyone — my name is Michael and I am 22 years old from PA.

I am just getting started in real estate and currently learning everything I can about finding off market deals and building investor relationships on the East Coast.

My long term goal is to build a Section 8 rental portfolio and create generational wealth. Right now I am in the learning and networking phase and excited to be part of this community.

Would love to connect with experienced investors who are willing to share advice and insights. What do you wish you knew when you first started?
