I invested significant $$ in 2 of the funds about 15 years ago.  To date have only received a tiny amount of cash when units are sold.  I expect at this point to loose most of the money invested.

Hello Gary,

My husband invested significant dollars with Thom Garlock and we have had the same experience as you.  I was just in the process of researching how to file a case with the SEC when, ironically, I came across your post.  I have emailed Thom and his staff a number of times and never receive a reply.  I have been ghosted.  I would love to join your group if I could be added to your SEC case.  At the very least, would it be possible to contact you?  If so, how can I go about doing so?

I invested with Tom 15 years ago.
We got caught in a recession. He lost some houses in foreclosure and said he would keep our money.Because it cost him legal fees.

T of money we invested at a mirror 5% annually.He would owe us about four hundred thousand dollars. I have filed a complaint with other people with the s.E c. He's a smooth talker.
And is very unlikable.

I have invested with Thom over the past 4-5 years in several of his funds.  I have had a far different experience, a very positive one.  I've personally visited just about every real estate project/development.  I can attest they are real.  Google maps satellite images are not up to date.  Between Victor,ID, Rexburg,ID, Kallispell,MT, Missoula,MT, they are all in different phases of development.  I've also flown to Denver to meet with Thom and other investors regarding some Cannabis related funds he manages.  I can confirm I've been receiving monthly interest payments for several years without fail.  My wife and I attended an investor event in Driggs,ID and had dinner with Thom, his wife, several investors and much of his staff.  My wife's radar is always up for "scams", but we feel confident that Thom is on the up and up.  He's easy to reach and returns calls.  That's just been my experience.
