My name is Alex and I'm a real estate investor and mentor. I've been investing since about 2000 when I bought my first income property. I’m sure you’ve noticed deals have gotten tougher to make work in markets like Santa Fe. That’s actually why a lot of investors have been shifting into Memphis lately because of the solid cash flow, better price points, and deals that actually pencil.
