What does a perfect hard money loan submission actually look like?

Curious what experienced investors and lenders consider a truly complete, lender-ready deal package.

I keep hearing that most submissions are incomplete or disorganized and cause delays. What separates a submission that gets approved fast from one that goes back and forth for a week?

Specifically interested in Texas investors and lenders but all perspectives welcome.

That's a pretty broad question, so here's a broad answer: "all paperwork complete and turned in!"

I don't know about you, Mike, but the "1 Post/0 Votes" posts from profiles that literally started today are getting old. A profile has to start sometime, but I might be on here more if it wasn't for the bots and fake profiles. BP has to reign this in.
