What neighborhoods and subdivisions around Raleigh are seeing the most growth right now?

As someone who sells investment properties throughout the Triangle, a lot of my investors have been targeting areas like Wendell, Cary, Apex, and Holly Springs. Those seem to be some of the hottest markets right now.

I’m curious what other areas people are seeing strong growth, investor activity, and buyer demand in. What neighborhoods or up-and-coming suburbs are on your radar right now?
