New investor - no capital but want to BRRRR

Hi all, I'm an Air Force Veteran and now school teacher. Want to pick up a new challenge of doing the BRRR cycle to a property each summer while i'm off. As of right now, I don't have an capital but we are blessed to make above 200k gross, hoping that can offset me not having available capital.

Really looking for advice or a direction of how to get my first loan without any capital if that is an option? I'm very "green" but have been doing my due diligence in this process.

I'd build up your cash position first. With $200k, you should be able to relatively quickly. From there, I'd consider house hacking with a VA loan. Get your personal house in order first and make sure to have savings. Real estate is not get rich quick game.
