What’s Harder Right Now: Finding Deals or Funding Deals?
Curious what everyone is experiencing in today’s market.
For active investors, wholesalers, flippers, and landlords:
What’s harder right now—finding good deals or finding funding for good deals?
On one hand, there seems to be plenty of capital available from hard money lenders, DSCR lenders, private lenders, and equity partners.
On the other hand, many investors say the real challenge is finding properties that actually pencil out.
Others argue it’s the opposite: they can find deals all day long, but securing reliable funding quickly enough to compete is the bottleneck.
If you had to pick one, which is the bigger challenge for your business right now?
* Finding deals?
* Finding funding?
* Something else entirely?
I’d love to hear:
* What market you’re investing in
* Your strategy (buy-and-hold, BRRRR, flips, wholesale, etc.)
* Why you think that challenge is the bigger obstacle
Interested to see if there’s a consensus or if it varies by market and experience level.
