New to Real Estate in Richmond, VA – Looking to Learn

Hey everyone, I’m 16 and based in Richmond, VA. I’m new to real estate and trying to learn how investors find and evaluate deals.

I do lawn care so I’m in different neighborhoods often, and I’ve started noticing vacant and distressed properties. I’m mostly here to learn how experienced investors think about deals and what you look for when deciding to buy.
