Looking for PM reviews in Quad City IA area: Property Mangers Inc. & Integrity Pro
My Davenport IA PM has become unresponsive and is now a few months in arrears on rent. I'm looking for a new PM in the area. Anyone have some good experience and suggestions?
Some web searching has brought "Property Managers Inc." and "Integrity Pro" to my attention. They seem to have good reviews. Anyone have any wisdom on either of these?
