Has Anyone Encountered This Type of Investor Outreach?
Real Estate Contact Started Promoting Guaranteed Crypto Returns – Scam?
I connected with someone while networking about real estate investing, wholesalers, investors, and BiggerPockets-related opportunities.
The conversation seemed normal at first, but it later shifted to a crypto/binary trading investment platform. The person then presented an investment plan claiming:
- $100 → $1,500
- $200 → $2,500
- $300 → $3,500
They also stated the profits were “guaranteed” and would be paid out within 2–3 days.
This immediately raised red flags for me because guaranteed returns and returns of that size don’t seem realistic.
Has anyone here encountered similar pitches? Is this a known scam pattern, or has anyone researched this company before?
I’ve attached screenshots (with personal information removed) for context.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

You’re right to be cautious. Promises of guaranteed, high returns in just a few days are always a red flag. I’d steer clear and do not send money or personal info. Scams often start by appearing connected to real estate or investing groups to build trust, then shift to crypto or trading schemes. Trust your instincts; if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
