I own a former medical office building in Detroit and would appreciate feedback from experience commercial investors property details approximately 4500 ft.² formal medical office use dedicated parking lot located on West McNicol in Detroit high visible corridor. The property requires significant renovation, including roof replacement due to water, but the structure still appears to have strong redevelopment potential I'm considering in asking price of approximately $129,900 and would like feedback from investors on one is the pricing realistic in today's market too what will you consider the highest and the best use three would you market this as a medical office redevelopment, nonprofit facility, office conversion or another use for what invest groups would you most be interested in in the project like this?
