Looking to connect with commercial brokers on self-storage & other asset classes

Hey everyone,
I’m a residential investor recently expanding into commercial real estate, and I’m looking to build relationships with brokers who actively work deals in self-storage and other asset classes (open to flex, or MFH down the road.).
I’m serious about deploying into the right opportunities and would love to connect with brokers who have off-market or pocket listings and value a long-term relationship over a one-off transaction.
