Property manager for a furnished rental in Oakland?

Hi all,

I’m looking for a reliable property manager to help oversee my furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath, modern but cozy and colorful home in Oakland (near Lake Merritt and Highland Hospital). The home includes a yard, garage, and driveway, and it’s fully furnished. I’m not looking to do major renovations (painting or refinishing the floors is fine) or high-end staging, but rather to keep it comfortable, practical, and ready for tenants such as traveling nurses or other medium-term renters.

My goal is to find a property manager who can handle the day-to-day needs (tenant communications, maintenance coordination, rent collection, etc.) while respecting that the house is already well set up. Any recommendations?
