Hey BP community I’m a new wholesaler based in Spokane/Post Falls, WA just getting started and wanted to introduce myself to the local investing community.

Background: 4 years in direct sales including D2D and automotive. Just completed my wholesaling education and actively building my buyer and seller pipeline in Eastern Washington and North Idaho.

I may have my first deal coming together in North Spokane 99205 — nearly turnkey 4/2 with finished basement, ARV $360k–$380k, price point mid $200s. Looking for buy and hold investors specifically.
