Recommendations on Property Managers in Richmond and Fredericksburg VA

I currently invest in Washington State, but am relocating to Virginia.  From what I am seeing so far, it sounds like Richmond and Fredericksburg are good markets to consider investing in.  I would love some recommendations for property managers in these two areas if you have any.  I used the BP tool to get a list, but it really only returned one PM, so I'd like to get some recommendations from others who invest in those areas.  Thanks in advance
