Investment package on the Greenbrier river near the NRGNP

I have a property we started renovations on prior to a cancer diagnosis in Summers County WV. We are ready to let it go. I'm creating an investment package and wanted feedback on the area of Hinton, WV, as I develop the materials and learn of interest.
